The balance of monies payable for your stay is expected 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
In event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
A security (or damage) deposit is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay. This is collected on arrival to the premises. It will be returned to you in full on your departure providing that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition and there are no breakages.
Electricity charges are 40cents per unit (subject to change). The meter is read on arrival and departure.
No shows will incur the full cost of the reservation. In the event where the balance has not been paid we will charge the full amount of your stay to your credit card.
The apartment holds 4 people. If an extra bed is required, this needs to be requested when reserving the accommodation. Travel cots and high chairs are also available.
Linen and towels are provided. Wifi and parking are free.
Check in is 3pm and departure is 10am. There is a keybox outside the apartment. A code will be given to you prior to your arrival so that you can access the front door key. On departure, please return the key to the keybox or to the person in charge.
We require payment in full within 24 hours of booking to secure your reservation.
You must let us know if you need to cancel your booking 3 days prior to your arrival to receive the full refund. If there is less notice, a 50% refund will be given.
If you do not turn up to a reservation, we reserve the right to take payment in full with no refund, and to refuse future bookings.
