A group booking is considered to be a minimum of 10.
In order to fully confirm a group booking, a 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required. No booking is confirmed until this deposit is received.
The final payment for group bookings is 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Alternatively, a date will be agreed if there is less than 6 weeks to arrival. Failure to make the final payment may result in your group booking being cancelled and monies received being forfeited. A reduction in rooms or apartments will incur a charge.
A security deposit may also be requested to ensure any breakages or damages are covered.
Payments can be via bank transfer or card. You will be sent a payment link from our merchant Sum Up. Our bank details will be sent on our invoice. It is very important that you reference the payment being transferred. A transaction fee for credit card payments will be incurred.
When a booking is made for either the first floor or ground floor apartment at Gleann Na Coille, full payment is required immediately of which 30% is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation less than two weeks before arrival, 50% will be non-refundable. No shows will incur the full cost of the reservation fees. If the apartment is booked and needs to be cancelled the following day, a full refund will be given.
A €100 security deposit is requested on arrival to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay at the apartment. This will be returned on departure providing the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition and there are no breakages. The electricity meter will be read on arrival and departure. The charge is 40 cents per unit, subject to change.
The ground floor apartment sleeps 4 people. If an extra bed is required, this needs to be requested when booking the accommodation. Travel cots and highchairs are also available. Linen and towels are provided. Wi fi and parking are free of charge.
Check in is 3pm and departure is 10am. There is a keybox outside on the wall of the apartment. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Please place the key back in the keybox on departure or give to the person in charge.
Payment in full is required to secure a room reservation. A Sum Up link will be sent via email for payment. If a cancellation is necessary 3 days prior to your arrival, a full refund will be issued after which 50% will be withheld. No shows will incur the full cost of the booking fees. Check in is 2pm and check out is 11am. A keylock system is in place and entrance details will be sent prior to your arrival.
